Shopping Questions

How will you delivery my order?

Your order will be delivered to you through a  Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 5 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

How much do you charge for shipping?

FREE Shipping to all over Pakistan

You reduced the price of an article after I purchased it. Am I entitled for a reduction in price?​

If we reduce our price within 7 days of your purchase date, you are entitled for a credit voucher for the difference in value. Please send us an email quoting your order number, item purchased and difference in price and we will issue a credit voucher. Please note, products bought/offered on Sale/Clearance, Special Sale events, Daily Deal and B Quality section do not apply to this.

Payment Questions

How do I use a Gift card or voucher code that was issued to me?

 

You will see a field named “Gift Card or Credit Voucher” during your checkout. Enter the code in this field and you will get the promised discount or credit.

I have bought an item on promotion or with a Discount Code. What amount will you refund me?

For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.
For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only.

Can I open Cash on Delivery Package without making the payment to the Courier first?

No. You cant open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.

How to pay online?

 

When paying online through a Credit/Debit Card, make sure your card is activated from the parent bank for online payments.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.

How do I send goods back for return refund or exchange?

Pack the merchandise and include the exchange refund form
